The entrance to this project could be divided to the following separable parts:

ground floor plan

1. Architectural space as a matter of urbanism; to act as an outstanding landmark in the Ardebil urban fabric.

2. Idea of space as a matter of environmentally responsive architecture; to provide thermal comfort via different passive-seasonal strategies: heat storage in winters(extreme climatic condition in Ardebil)by use of multi level atriums and cooling in summers by way of cross ventilation and shading. Flexible summery traces which could be changed to the Atriums in proper times in winters reduce both seasonal and daily heating or cooling load, also these traces help the building to find a way toward more green architecture, by continuing the greenery in all slabs centralized in yards in the ground and fourth level.

3. Architectural mass as a matter of monumental form, to achieve a new formal structure accommodated with spirit of the age.

3rd floor plan

4. Architectural idea of space as a matter of resilient spaces, implying to the role of flexibility, permeability and instability as the key words of Generative Architecture which indicates to the sub-systematic character of architecture when a city is considered as a dynamic system.
